rights<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 privacy rights are respected<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 publicity rights are respected<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 no deceptive practices are involved<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 all permissions and licenses exist<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 no unlawful targeting is involved<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 submitted materials are legally publishable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul violations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 false advertising claims<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 IP infringement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 privacy violations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 campaign misconduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 advertiser misconduct<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Limitation of Liability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Faro Latino shall not be liable
