The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Buoi Kim. The 89-year-old woman was last seen on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 2:45 p.m. on the 3XX block of Gilham Street.
She is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white t-shirt over a long-sleeved green polo shirt and lime-green Air Max 90 sneakers. Buoi is known to frequent the area around Rising Sun Avenue and Cottman Avenue.
