According to his account, Ceisel’s companion invited a young woman to dance. Her former partner was allegedly at the establishment, and the situation led to an argument and a scuffle.

The family member said Ceisel stepped in to keep the conflict from escalating. During the incident, he said, the alleged assailant pulled a firearm and shot “Frando” first, then his brother.

Rosario Rosario said both victims were from Duvergé and lived in the El Pensador neighborhood of Villa Duarte.

Residents said the alleged shooter may be a member of the military, a claim that has not been confirmed. His identity remains unknown.
