Santo Domingo, DR.- The dollar in the Dominican Republic registered another 10-cent decrease on Wednesday, September 9, reaching RD$58.86 for selling, according to the rate set by the Central Bank.
The rate established for buying the U.S. currency was RD$58.63, while the selling rate reached RD$58.86.

The movement represents another decline in the dollar’s selling value against the Dominican peso, according to data for Wednesday’s trading session.
The Central Bank also reported the euro’s rates. The European currency was quoted at RD$66.60 for buying and RD$70.36 for selling.
In international markets, WTI crude oil, which is used as a benchmark in the United States, began the session on an upward trend.
West Texas Intermediate crude rose 1.4% at Wednesday’s opening, reaching $94.34 per barrel.
Oil continued advancing during the first hours of the morning amid strong geopolitical instability.
