Imbert, Puerto Plata, DR: The newspaper El Faro Latino faces the sorrowful task of announcing the passing of Ángel María Cabrera, the uncle of our director, Esteban Cabrera.
Ángel María Cabrera died as a result of a heart attack. The funeral took place this Thursday, February 2, in the community of Vuelta Larga, where his remains lay in state; subsequently, his remains were interred at the cemetery in the Saballo Section at 11:00 a.m.

He is survived by his children: Dionisio Cabrera, Yadalkis María Cabrera, Ángel María Cabrera, and Angelito Cabrera. He is also survived by his mother, Basilia de Cabrera, and his siblings: Eleuterio Cabrera, Antonia Cabrera, José Cabrera, Mario Cabrera, Andrés Cabrera, Agripina Cabrera, Eladia Cabrera de León, Jacinto Cabrera, Isabel Cabrera, and Sixta Cabrera.
